Yes. Many of our products can be personalised or customised. For example large organic cotton tote bags with colourful printed designs and images.

These items are often part of limited editions or made in small quantities.

Items in stock in the UK are usually delivered within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) to UK addresses.

Changes to Customs laws, taxes and tariffs now make it difficult to deliver to customers in Europe and worldwide.

We have a 30-day return policy. Items must
be returned unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof
of purchase.

Some items are exempt from returns under UK retail law, including personalised products, earrings, underwear, swimwear, and personal care items.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. If applicable, EU customers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period.
