Return and Refund Policy
Please read all of these terms.
Part 1: Terms for customers (buyers) with avarosaluxe.com (supplier).
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return you should first contact us. Please send information about the issue with the product and if applicable, take a good photograph showing any damage, etc. Write information in an email and send it to: info@avarosaluxe.com Attach the photograph in the email if applicable. Please note that any product to be returned must not be returned to our registered office and business address as it will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we may provide you with a return shipping label and/or instructions on how and where to send your package. Products/goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we have a workshop/store but products and goods may also be delivered direct from the manufacturer or importer, etc. Thus, the relevant address to return the item to has to be decided. When received the product/goods have to be inspected before the decision to give a refund or exchange can be made.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will help us so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it as required.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain types of products/items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, individual and personalised manufactured and/or designed items. For example printed goods with initials, names, logos, etc as part of the order) ear rings and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Underwear and swimwear must be as supplied/delivered to the customer and refunds may not be available for these products. Other items of clothing should only be worn to check the size for the wearer and products tags, labels, etc must not be removed.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
In addition to the above terms, if the product/goods are delivered to an address in a country that is a member of the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your returned product/item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (2 working weeks). Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us. Part 2:
As explained above, we can and do manufacture and assemble products. But we also have approved companies and individual traders that manufacture and/or supply products and goods to us. Some of these items are specially made and can be part of a limited edition and/or small volume production. Some products are unique and made in a single quantity (1 only) for one customer.
If a customer receives the original item in a damaged condition, for example, the return procedure outlined in Part 1 above applies. Also, we and the manufacturer and/or supplier will have to decide if the product/goods can be made again and how long it may take to do this. If this is not possible for any fair reason then all parties should work together to find a suitable conclusion. It may be decided, and agreed by the customer, to accept a refund or a different product/item.
We, avarosaluxe.com have to agree to each Return and Refund Policy made by businesses. Their terms and conditions are different than between us and our customers.
