Information about deliveries

1) When you (the customer) orders a product/item on the website (shopping platform) and/or orders in another way, for example on a social media website or in a retail store, the following applies: processing your order, packing the product/item and delivering the goods to you.

2) If you place an order after 16-00pm, UK time, Monday to Friday (standard working days) your order may not be activated until the next day. You are able to order at any time, usually 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3) We and our approved suppliers, including manufacturers and importers, understand that people (customers) like to receive their orders quickly and in good condition. This is why we try to have products/goods in stock in the UK. Special orders, personalised items, etc that are required by customers within an acceptable few days are made in the UK. This means that we manage the manufacturing and deliveries. Unlike some companies, we do not accept orders from customers and keep them waiting for the product/item to arrive in the UK from suppliers located in countries far away.

4) We and our suppliers try to process orders and have the product/goods delivered to customers in 4 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). This applies for customers with addresses in the standard delivery areas of mainland UK.

5) Note that it may be possible to sometimes have a same day delivery service to customers with a central London residential or work address. Customers will be informed about this when placing an order or later by email and/or telephone call. This fast service depends on several factors and is only available to addresses with selected post codes.

6) If delivering to customers living in non standard areas/delivery zones including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Island, the Channel Islands and others it will take longer and higher delivery costs will apply (this is standard).

7) Customers may receive information about which company will deliver their order and they may be able to track it, using the product code and/or link provided. Customers may be asked to sign for the delivery.

8) Products/items that are able to be packaged in small boxes or parcels and/or are light in weight may be delivered by the Royal Mail. Other companies that may deliver to customers are the well known couriers that work throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide.

9) Products that are fragile, bulky and/or heavy will be protected with packaging suitable to keep safe during the delivery to the customer. The customer should be available to receive the goods from the courier and understand the terms of the delivery (where the courier can deliver to, for example the front door of a property or building, and not inside a property or to a particular location inside the customer's home or work).

10) Large and/or heavy items, for example furniture, will require special delivery instructions, both during the transport to the customer and when at the customer's address. Note point 9 above.

11) When applicable, customers are responsible for any additional costs added before the product/goods can be delivered. This includes custom duties, import taxes, etc. Customers should also make a true declaration about the order (what the product is, value, etc).

12) If you have a question about a delivery please write an email and send to: support@avarosaluxe.com Note that you may be updated about the approximate time and day of your delivery by the company managing it. Live tracking updates will be available for some orders.
